The concept I follow about this character is basically this: create a human character virtually incapable of anything out of the ordinary at the very beginning but is actually an omnipotent Eldritch Being that self-existed in an unknown alternate reality.
This Eldritch being is yet to be named (i'm still googling possible names that will suit the character). The idea about this character is that he's existence alone has incited the creation of multiple universes and in time the entirety of omniverse reflected the existence of this being in itself and created innumerable versions of it spawning men, angels, demons, gods, inconcievable creatures both of good and evil nature, and many more whose manner of existence depend entirely on the universe they inhabit.
One of this beings was lecter, the most devious and ambitous of the alternate selves. After fully realizing his magical capabilities and subduing the entirety of his local universe, he has taken it to himself to absorb each and every single one of his alternate selves to gain knowledge along with powers that his in home universe is absolutely incapable of bestowing (e.g real life science).
